OneOncology is seeking a Manager, IT Field Operations to lead the local IT department for a partnered practice in New Jersey. You will ensure high-quality IT service, act as a customer-facing liaison, and guide projects in collaboration with the central IT team.

This on-site role emphasizes leadership, incident response, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology support, 3+ years in IT leadership, and familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in technology support.
• 3+ years in IT leadership/management.
• Healthcare related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between practice stakeholders and IT support teams.
• Communicate and track emergency or escalated issues.
• Lead technical projects aligning with practice goals.
• Oversee day-to-day IT support for the practice.
• Provide superior customer support and resolve tickets.
• Improve IT department processes in partnership with central service delivery.
• Provide updates to practice leadership from start to resolution.
• Ensure service, SLA, metrics align with central processes.
• Coordinate with IT leadership to research and implement solutions.
• Support clinical technology projects and new clinic openings.
