Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT operations, infrastructure support, or related experience.
• Flexibility to travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, configure, repair, and maintain end-user devices and PoS systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Freshservice platform and SolarWinds alerts.
• Support infrastructure across servers, switches, firewalls, and IoT devices.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, site openings, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
