Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Field IT Engineer to ensure effective IT operations at field locations and to coordinate IT-related activities with field management. You will communicate technology plans and issues between IT management and field sites while maintaining strong vendor and staff relationships.

The role requires CCNA certification, Cisco VOIP/UCCE experience, and at least 4 years of network experience, with up to 75% travel across the assigned territory and remote work on non-travel

Qualifications

• 4 years of computer network experience.
• Experience with Cisco VOIP/UCCE.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide level two support for WANs, LANs, field servers and field applications.
• Liaise between field staff, management and vendors; coordinate IT projects.
• Manage field IT infrastructure and on-site support; handle on-call duties.
