Job summary

Impact Networking seeks a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite IT services, installation, and problem resolution at client locations. The role supports server, virtualization, Exchange, SharePoint, and cloud services while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality client experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT field services, strong communication, and a customer‑focused mindset. Travel to local sites is required, with ongoing training and certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT field services experience.
• Server/AD and basic network skills.
• Familiar with Windows Server 2012‑2025, DNS/DHCP/RDS.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite IT service, setup and troubleshooting.
• Support client onboarding and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and TOC to resolve issues.
• Document issues and onsite work in ticket system.
• Develop client management and maintenance plans with teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
