Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking an IT Field Engineer to perform onsite client services, deployments, and ongoing IT support across local sites. The role emphasizes strong technical skills combined with customer-facing professionalism to ensure seamless IT operations and project execution.

The candidate should travel to client locations, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service levels. Compensation ranges with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in IT field services.
• Experience with Server Administration and Windows Server 2012-2025.
• Active Directory management and maintenance; DNS/DHCP/RDS.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite field service at client locations.
• Assist in IT asset discovery and data gathering during BTAs.
• Setup/troubleshoot Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and TOC to resolve issues.
• Document issues and on-site labor in ticketing system.
• Maintain customer relationships and pursue high service standards.
