Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is hiring an IT Field Engineer to provide onsite IT services, support, and project execution at client locations. You will work with internal teams to resolve issues, implement IT solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires traveling to local customer sites, collaborating with Service Desk and TOC, and pursuing manufacturer certifications to maintain Impact’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT field services.
• Strong knowledge of Server Administration and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and cloud services.
• Experience with RMM tools and ITSM platforms including HaloPSA.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite IT service, maintenance, and project execution at client locations.
• Assist in IT onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution with strong customer focus.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations to implement maintenance plans and documentation.
• Coordinate with client vendors for technical requirements and upgrades.
• Document issues and onsite labor in ticketing system.
