Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite IT support, maintenance, and project execution at client locations.

You will work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations, while building strong customer relationships. The role requires 3+ years in IT field services, strong knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization, and proficiency with cloud services such as Office 365 and Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT field services.
• Fundamental understanding of Server Administration.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012-2025.
• Active Directory management and maintenance.
• DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Office 365, Azure.
• Mobile OS (iOS, Android, Windows).
• RMM tools like N-Able, Kaseya, or LabTech.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client IT service delivery, onsite at client locations, ensuring high-quality service.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, and network devices.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to maintain client maintenance plans and documentation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication.
• Document issues and onsite labor in Impact’s ticketing system.
