AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support a national client base. This role goes beyond typical helpdesk duties and involves field work across multiple environments, including cable installations and telecom tasks.

You will travel to various sites, install systems, and maintain professional client interactions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in IT/Telecom, the necessary certifications or significant field experience, and a reliable vehicle.

Competenze

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification OR 5+ years of field experience in I.T./Telecom.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Standard set of IT/networking tools (screwdrivers, testers, crimpers).
• Laptop with Ethernet port and smartphone with hotspot.
• On-call availability 24/7 is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structure cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within your territory.
