Job summary

AMG is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond helpdesk, including OS installs, cabling work, and telecom tasks across multiple environments.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of IT/telecom experience or 5+ years field experience with relevant certifications. On-site, travel-ready professionals are preferred, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience is required.
• PC and printer troubleshooting is a strong plus.
• Candidates may have A+, Network+ or 5+ years of field I.T./Telecom experience as alternative qualifications.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
