Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with field work across diverse environments and locations, including retail, medical, and corporate sites.

The position involves OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, telecom work, and on-site client interactions. You will work independently, maintain professionalism, and be on-call within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of I.T./Telecom experience.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
