Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This hands-on role goes beyond a desk job, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You will work independently, travel within a defined territory, and remain on-call to respond to service requests. A strong IT/Telecom background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
