Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, homes, and clinics.
• Travel as needed, including day/evening/weekend hours.
• Assist patients in packing up Assure system components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork for retrieval of equipment.
• Return inventory and drop off at Kestra shipping partners.
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
