Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate in New Orleans, LA.

This temporary contractor role conducts patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA performs inventory management, cycle counts, and courier inventory to fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics, with daytime, evening, or weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule return services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Perform inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure needed items are available at sites for fittings.
• Accept assignments including daytime, evening and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and healthcare facilities for retrieval tasks.
• Assist patients in packing the Assure system and components.
