Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate, a temporary contractor role supporting the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA will perform inventory management and courier inventory to fittings.

Based in Monroe, LA, the role involves traveling to patient homes, hospitals and clinics to provide retrieval services, coordinating with shipping partners and ensuring proper handling of the Assure system and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure availability for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.
