The role requires travel to patient homes and hospitals, timely coordination of returns, and strict adherence to HIPAA and company policies. The position emphasizes accurate inventory handling, communication with prescribers and patients, and flexibility for daytime, evening, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule return services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Perform inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics as needed.
• Accept assignments with daytime, evening and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Manage return of inventory including kits and electronic equipment; drop off at FedEx or Walgreens.
• Coordinate drop off of retrieved equipment at Kestra shipping partners.
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
