Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate. This temporary contractor role conducts patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team.

The ISA performs inventory management, coordinates with healthcare sites, and travels to patient homes, hospitals, and clinics to retrieve the Assure system and components. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be completed following offer.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation to perform field duties.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure needed items are available for fittings.
• Accept assignments including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and clinics for retrieval of the Assure system.
• Assist patients in packing up Assure system components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork for retrieval of the system.
• Manage return of inventory and drop off at shipping locations.
• Coordinate drop off of retrieved equipment at Kestra shipping partners.
