Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate in Cincinnati, OH. This temporary contractor role supports the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team by performing inventory management and field retrieval activities, including coordinating with prescribers, patients, and caregivers to schedule return services.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Background check completed after offer.
• Valid driver’s license with clear record.
• Reliable transportation available.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services and support field retrieval activities.
• Perform inventory management services including cycle counts and organizing stock.
• Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics as needed.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and healthcare facilities for retrieval services; may include high‑risk areas.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system components and ensure proper documentation.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork for retrieval of the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partners; adhere to HIPAA rules.
