Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure needed items are available for fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics.
• Accept assignments which may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Manage the return of inventory including kits, garments and electronic equipment; drop-off at FedEx or Walgreens locations.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partners.
• Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality.
