Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate in Monroe, LA as a temporary contractor. The role supports the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team with inventory management and courier retrieval services across hospitals, patient homes, and clinics.

The position requires driving, flexibility for daytime/evening/weekend hours, and frequent travel. The candidate will handle patient interactions and ensure secure transfer of the Assure system and related kit

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for hospital fittings and patient homes as needed.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities for retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with patients to retrieve equipment.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra shipping partners.
