Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. in San Francisco, CA seeks an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate as a temporary contractor to support the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA will perform inventory management and courier inventory to fittings.

Responsibilities include scheduling return services, moving inventory, traveling to patient homes and facilities, and ensuring proper handling of the Assure system components while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MSTeams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory around to get the needed inventory to sites for fittings.
• Accept assignments which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and clinics to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.
• Manage the return of inventory, including kits, garments, and electronic equipment for drop off at shipping locations.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partners.
• Adhere to the Pledge of Confidentiality and Kestra policies.
