Job summary

AAA Northeast is looking for a Field Insurance Agent in Raynham, MA. You will receive comprehensive training and licensing paid by the company, and then sell personal lines insurance to members contacting us by phone, online, or in-branch.

You will build relationships, generate leads, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing development with support from AAA Northeast. This role emphasizes customer service and steady growth within a trusted, nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 Days Required.
• Life License Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person, over the phone and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information and confirm underwriting criteria and premiums.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that fit their needs.
• Develop leads and prospects from referrals promptly.
• Maintain prospect files in the CRM and participate in sales programs.
• Develop knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
• Follow agency processes in quoting, binding coverage and processing payments.
• Work with QA and Underwriting to minimize errors and omissions.
• Know the scope of an agent's authority in insurance practices.
• Provide AAA Five Diamond service to current and prospective AAA Insurance clients.
• Process payments and liaison with insurance companies for new accounts.
• Build relationships with clients, insurers, dealerships and real estate agents.
• Understand AAA Northeast membership benefits to better sell.
