Job summary

AAA Northeast invites you to launch your insurance career as a Field Insurance Agent. You will receive comprehensive training to obtain Personal Lines licensing, with costs covered by AAA Northeast, and then sell personal lines insurance to members via branch, phone, and online channels.

The role emphasizes sales targets, strong member interaction, and a pathway to licensing plus ongoing development within AAA Northeast.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required; insurance sales preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days required; Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at branches, over the phone, and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information; confirm insurer underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needs.
• Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals promptly.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in sales programs.
