Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent to sell personal lines insurance to AAA members through branches, phone, and online channels. You will receive comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching as you build your book of business.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in sales or customer service, and an active personal lines license within 30 days. AAA offers strong benefits, incentives, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Sales or customer service experience required; insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days required; Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information; confirm underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needs.
• Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals promptly.
• Develop knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
