Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent in the Greater Boston area who will complete paid training and licensing for Personal Lines insurance. You will sell to AAA members via branch visits, phone, and online channels, while building relationships with clients and community partners.

The role emphasizes training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team with a focus on service excellence and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Sales or customer service experience required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 Days Required.
• Life License Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information; confirm insurer underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needs.
• Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals in a timely manner.
• Participate in sales programs and maintain prospect files in the CRM system.
• Develop general knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
• Follow agency processes and procedures in quoting and binding coverage, and processing member payments.
• Work with Quality Assurance and Underwriting departments to minimize error and omission exposures.
