Job summary

AAA Northeast is hiring a Field Insurance Agent in the United States. You will sell personal lines insurance to AAA members over the phone, online, and in retail branches, while completing licensing in Personal Lines with training and costs covered.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, building relationships with members and referral sources, and developing leads. A clear path exists for licensing, ongoing training, and growth within AAA Northeast.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Personal Lines License within 30 days required; Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Interact with members in branch, over the phone and online.
• Provide proposals fitting members' needs and gather coverage data.
• Develop leads and referrals; maintain CRM prospect files.
• Learn Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
