Job summary

AAA Northeast is hiring a Field Insurance Agent in Massachusetts. You will learn and obtain licensing in Personal Lines, with training and costs covered by AAA Northeast, and you will sell personal lines insurance to members via phone, online, and in-branch interactions.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, providing exceptional member service, and building referrals while leveraging CRM tools and cross-department collaboration for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days required; Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to members, meeting or exceeding sales goals across branch, phone, and online channels.
• Compile coverage and rating information, confirm underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Develop leads, respond to referrals, manage CRM prospect files, and provide referrals to licensed agents.
