Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience required; insurance sales experience preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days required; Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interact with members in branch, by phone and online.
• Develop leads and referrals; maintain CRM records.
• Provide knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
