Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent in Hadley, MA. You will sell personal lines insurance to members who contact us via phone, online, or in retail branches, starting with paid training and licensing covered by AAA Northeast.

You will gain knowledge of various carrier products, follow quoting and binding processes, and build relationships with clients and partners to grow AAA Insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 Days Required.
• Life License Preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information; confirm underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needs.
