Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department, coordinating customer scheduling and management of the local third-party installer network. The role focuses on training, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality installs.

You will drive performance, enhance proficiency of subcontractors, and partner with Service and Sales teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and quality focus.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Must have a truck or van to transport ladders and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and proximity.
• Schedule jobs with customers and installers, considering availability.
• Review and publish daily installation/service reports for improvements.
• Train, coach and develop installation staff and contractors both in-office and in-field.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand installation capacity.
• Ensure safety, quality and efficiency across installations.
