Job summary

Leaf Home in Hamburg, NY is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department in a local field office. You will schedule work, manage third-party installers, and drive performance through training and process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in home construction or installation management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to recruit and onboard subcontractors. A truck or van is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in home construction or installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability.
• Identify opportunities to pull forward jobs and increase speed to installation.
• Schedule jobs with customers based on availability and preferences.
• Publish daily installation/service reports and track opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure workflow from schedule to install.
• Train, coach, and develop installation employees and contractors.
