Backyard Products is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination. The role involves recruiting and coordinating 1099 installers, coaching teams for high customer satisfaction, and coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient order prep and staging.

The position requires strong customer service, MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential for coordinating with installers and customers.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook to manage schedules, reports and communications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors and assemblers and coordinate with 1099 installers.
• Ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coach installers to improve customer satisfaction results.
• Communicate proactively and resolve escalated repairs or service calls.
• Manage warehouse personnel for order prep and staging.
• Occasionally visit vendor sites representing the brand.
• Participate in inventory control procedures and purchases.
