Job summary

Backyard Products in Texas is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination for outdoor wood structures.

You will recruit and coordinate installers, coach teams to achieve high customer satisfaction, manage warehouse activities, and support inventory and safety procedures in a manufacturing and installation environment. This role demands hands-on leadership and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors and assemblers.
• Coordinate with 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results.
• Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls.
• Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging.
• Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand.
• Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments.
• Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork.
