Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department in a local field office. You will supervise scheduling, training, and management of the third-party installation network while driving efficiency and quality across projects.

The role requires 3+ years in home construction or installation management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is required; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in home construction, remodeling, or installation management.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate installations and improve speed to job completion.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations per availability.
• Review daily reports to identify wins and improvement areas.
• Ensure organized workflow from scheduling to installation completion.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales Operations to resolve issues on first call.
• Train and develop installation staff and contractors.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand capacity.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
