Backyard Products is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations and contractor performance, ensuring timely project coordination and top-quality workmanship.

This role requires coordinating with 1099 installers, coaching crews, and maintaining safety, inventory, and vendor relations while delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Reports to a location manager and works in person at our facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of installation / construction materials experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Reports to a location manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors and assemblers.
• Coordinate with 1099 installers to assign and complete projects.
• Coach installers to drive top customer satisfaction results.
• Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls.
• Manage warehouse personnel for order preparation and staging.
• Occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand.
• Assist in inventory control procedures and safety measures.
• Foster a goal-motivated environment and strong teamwork.
