Job summary

The Home Depot in New Hampshire is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs), assess pre-existing conditions, and perform product affirmations to ensure installations meet THD standards.

You will communicate with customers, manage job processes and scope changes, and coordinate with service providers to maintain on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement install projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer communication across the install life cycle and handle scope changes and add-labor items.
• Manage all jobs in assigned area and product category, perform site inspections and badge checks to ensure quality and THD standards.
• Address customer questions, document scope changes, and ensure timely closure of open services and on-hold jobs.
