Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves questions or changes.
• 60% Job Process Management - manages all jobs in assigned area, conducts JSIs, inspects work and documents scope changes.
• 15% Operations - handles customer inquiries, resolves services, and uses reports to improve install experience.
