Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Install Manager to oversee the installation process, lead field crews, and ensure top quality workmanship across projects.

You will work onsite with customers, enforce safety standards, negotiate with partners, manage schedules, and handle related administrative tasks. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are required or will be facilitated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and relevant work experience.
• OSHA and industry certifications preferred or will be provided.
• Ability to manage installations and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners and crews during installation.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and legal requirements.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling.
• Negotiate pricing and advise customers on needs.
• Travel to sites and work directly with customers.
• Handle payments collections and admin tasks.
