Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA Certification and Lead Certification are required or will be provided upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners and crews throughout installations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling and retention decisions.
• Interact with customers on-site to address questions and satisfaction in real time.
• Negotiate material pricing and provide sales recommendations where appropriate.
• Coordinate and collect payments when necessary.
• Ensure all materials meet company quality standards and address any defects.
• Perform on-site services or repairs if needed and travel between sites.
