Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Install Manager to oversee the company’s installation operations and vendor partners. You will direct crews in the field, ensure OSHA and company standards are met, and resolve customer concerns in real time.

You will negotiate pricing, manage scheduling, and coordinate with management to optimize installations while maintaining high customer satisfaction across job sites in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification will be issued upon employment if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce high quality standards for company installations.
• Direct install partners and crews throughout the installation process.
• Negotiate and adjust material pricing and may perform sales recommendations.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle on-site customer questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Manage scheduling and performance of installation tasks and partner retention.
