Compensation ranges from $157,200 to $256,600 annually, with additional benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS with 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry, focusing on incentive compensation.
• Experience in analytics and modeling using large datasets.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incentive compensation design aligned to brand objectives.
• Engage with field force structure projects to optimize deployment.
• Partner with Insights and Marketing for incentive strategies.
