Job summary

Sanofi US Services is seeking an Associate Director, Field Incentives to oversee the execution and delivery of strategic incentives for US businesses. You will innovate with AI-enabled tools and align with GTMC and sales leadership to drive growth and governance.

The role reports to the Director, Field Incentives and emphasizes data-driven decisions, governance, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize payout structures and territory design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong governance and financial acumen.
• Experience leading without authority in matrix env.
• Knowledge of modern Go-to-Market models and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IC design aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
• Develop models and simulations to assess incentives and field structure.
• Collaborate with Sanofi Hub and GTMC teams to deliver IC deliverables.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvements and data analysis.
