Kaztronix LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Field Deployment & Incentive Compensation to lead data-driven field optimization. You will work with Field Leadership, HR, and Finance to design, implement, and administer incentive plans that drive performance across customer-facing teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 7+ years in biopharma or related consulting, and experience in IC design/administration, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in biopharma or healthcare consulting with IC focus.
• 4+ years in IC design, administration and incentive programs.
• 4+ years in sales planning and analytics with IC design.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales force operations analysis to optimize field effectiveness.
• Design and manage incentive compensation plans for customer-facing teams.
• Ensure IC reporting and payouts align with Finance and payroll standards.
• Provide strategic analytical support to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Analytics to evaluate promotions.
• Monitor performance vs. plan and adjust field strategies.
