Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field-based HVAC service technician to commission, troubleshoot, repair and start up systems at customer locations in a defined market. You will collaborate with team leaders and customers to accurately assess requirements and maintain high safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, HVAC experience, and EPA certification. A valid driver’s license is required; on-site travel and overtime may be involved with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC experience preferred.
• Technical school training is preferred.
• Valid driver's license for 12+ months and clean record.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on customer sites.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand installation and repair requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and secure company assets.
• Use blueprints or specifications to diagnose and repair units.
