Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and start up HVAC systems at commercial customer sites. You’ll work on-site, coordinate with project teams, and apply your knowledge of air conditioning theory, piping, and mechanical layouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and responsible for equipment on assigned projects.
• Uses tools and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and maintains asset security.
