Job summary

• EPA Certification required; technical HVAC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Represents the company as the primary customer contact for projects, ensuring satisfaction.
• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC equipment using blueprints, tech specs, and hand tools.
• Must be flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
• Maintains safety and accountability of company assets during service.
