You will operate in a hybrid environment, spending most time in the field while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a strong commission plan. Ideal candidates are seasoned closers or high-achievers with entrepreneurial drive, who can master a proven sales model and advocate for small business

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a concise 5-minute sales pitch.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll members and process payments.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
