This hunter/closer role emphasizes accountability, relational grit, and a mission-driven approach to protect small business interests in Washington, DC and state capitals. Training is provided with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Power traits include entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance to build relationships.
• Ability to learn and apply a proven sales model with coaching.
• Comfort with in-person, face-to-face cold outreach and closing.
• Digital tools proficiency for sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Master and deliver the 5-minute sales presentation.
• Execute an assumptive one-call close to enroll members and process payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy at DC and state capitals.
