Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. This role partners with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and ensure a positive employee experience.

You will manage onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, while supporting payroll accuracy and compliance across project sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into Moss.
• Assist payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance data.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs; escalate complex employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.
