Tarvos Talent LLC is seeking a hands-on HR leader to build and lead an internal HR function as the company grows. Work directly with ownership to strengthen processes and shape our people strategy while maintaining a family-oriented culture.

The role covers policy design, employee relations, onboarding, lifecycle management, and HRIS/ADP coordination across multiple locations. Superb communication and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a hands-on generalist background.
• Experience in construction, trades, safety management, or field services required.
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a growing organization.
• Familiarity with ADP or comparable HRIS/PEO platforms.
• Strong communication, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Self-starter who balances strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR duties.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Oversee employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Lead onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage HR administration and systems, including ADP/PEO processes.
• Support field-based employees and operational leaders across locations.
• Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Partner with ownership to identify opportunities and drive HR initiatives.
