Tarvos Talent is seeking a People Team Business Partner to support a stable, mission-driven organization in the Austin, TX area. This hybrid role offers flexible collaboration and the chance to strengthen the HR function across a distributed frontline workforce.

You will advise operational leaders, handle day-to-day employee relations, and guide on HR policies and compliance, with a focus on building a strong, trusted People Team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRBP and employee relations experience across 400+ employees.
• Ability to advise operational leaders and navigate sensitive employee matters.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting multi-location or frontline workforces.
• Spanish language skills, union experience, and UKG Pro familiarity are beneficial but not required.

They will also bring strong relationship‑building and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience supporting multi-location or frontline workforces; Spanish language skills, union experience, and familiarity with UKG Pro are all helpful but not required.
